Responsible for overseeing strategic planning, ensuring that the organisation defines its goals and evaluates performance against agreed targets, safeguarding the reputation, integrity, and ethics of the organisation.

Responsible for implementing and maintaining procedures and policies. Manage our IT systems including data, our website and social media. To maintain DeafCOG’s integrity by adhering to our code of ethics, being transparent, accountable and making balanced use of our resources for the benefit of the Deaf community.
